朱啸虎:一年后,再谈小程序投资机会

金沙江创投主管合伙人朱啸虎表示:未来互联网公司都会成为小程序公司,小程序将成为标配,此中机会不可谓不大

但目前行业仍处于早期,小程序在兑现自身价值方面,仍面临重重困境:同质化,留存低,变现难对于小程序的创业者而言,在困境中快速找到商业化之路才是生存根本

姜华:超级流量池,生态新机遇

推进战略部署:小米饼在2014年放弃了APP,并以公开号码打开网页的形式直接向用户提供了生产服务,并进入了微信生态;

用户价值取向:重视公司开发过程中的用户体验,例如将费用模板更改为免费,以获得用户的品牌信任并与用户建立强有力的联系;

以人为本的文化价值观:将团队成长视为核心竞争力,快速迭代和持续增长。
