小程序 official customer support mobile phone login?

在电脑上使用小程序,有一个非常痛苦的问题,一个浏览器只能接收一个小程序的客服消息,想要访问其他小程序的客服消息,只能更改一个浏览器,真的很不爽〜
但是,客服助理没有解决这个问题,一个窗口仍然只能收到单个小程序消息,需要手动切换“服务小程序”,微信官方真的不打算改变这个设计吗?
也许我们很少有公司做过超过小程序。其他公司只做一个小程序。我只能理解这一点。
第四,快速反应
客服小助手做了快速回复功能,当前版本有点粗糙,截取屏幕截图感受它。
这个快速回复需要优化:
1,目前只支持10个,感觉太少了,至少我们在小程序中配置了10个以上;
2,不支持图片和文字的形式,或图片形式的回复;
3,没有标题,如果内容太长,区别不是很好;
