共享一把伞：高潮背后的“专利短缺”

5月22日，经过58天的无雨期，街道上的一场大雨遍及沈阳，让首都的天气更加清爽。但另一个结果是许多人被困在地铁和公共汽车站，等待救助亲戚，朋友和同事。也许，“共享伞”可以解决这一迫切需要。

随着共享自行车，共享充电宝藏，共享篮球和共享汽车的特许经营权的兴起，共享的雨伞也进入了视线。目前市场上主要有以下几种共用雨伞：共用电子伞，魔术伞，JJ伞，OTO共用伞，晴雨伞，春竹伞。其中，除了电子伞外，还采用伞和伞桩的组合。

本文将从专利的角度聊一聊共享雨伞，探讨各企业现有公开专利的情况。

共享e伞

Shared e-Umbrella是一个共享伞租赁服务提供商，属于沈阳 City One Umbrella Technology Co.Ltd。类似于使用共享自行车的方法，用户可以通过移动应用程序搜索附近的伞，扫描代码获取要解锁的密码，30秒后打开计费，并在关闭时停止充电。

据了解，电子皮带带有隐形定位，而定位芯片则与密码锁绑定。在QR码下方，有一个太阳能小板，可以及时为芯片充电，方便市民和运营商定位。在收费标准方面，用户需要下载应用程序并在用户使用之前支付19元的押金。租金是每半小时0.5元。

然而，尽管这是一款融合定位芯片、密码锁、太阳能充电板等多项技术的共享智能雨伞，从现有公开专利信息来看，并未有以沈阳四野之家、一伞科技，抑或以其创始人赵书平为申请人的专利公开。

魔力伞

It is a product that can be unlocked by using a mobile phone to unlock the umbrella, and then search for nearby umbrellas after use. It is worthy of praise that the company has published two related patents before May 2017. The publication numbers are CN106600835A and CN106652230A. The contents are related to the rental, return and system of umbrellas. The application date is December 8, 2016. It can be seen that the founder has a certain patent awareness and can lay out patents before the product goes on the market.

JJ伞

JJ Umbrella is affiliated with 沈阳 City Street Umbrella Technology Co. Ltd. dedicated to providing users with short-distance travel solutions during the rainy season. JJ umbrella is composed of umbrella stand and umbrella. Each umbrella stand comes with 28 umbrellas. The antenna module is embedded in the antenna module (GPS chip + SIM card) to realize geographic information positioning and data transmission.

The umbrella tip has an identification chip, and the scan code pays the deposit to take the umbrella. With the loan, the motor card slot is locked and the fee is automatically settled. xx OTO成立于2015年6月，于2017年3月在上海发布。该伞也用于通过雨伞和再生设备桩完成借用。 OTO共享伞的存款和租金尚未完全形成，但创始人刘凯罗决心低于其他竞争产品，并不排除存款。

从现有公开专利来看，并未检索到以OTO或刘开为申请人申请的相关专利。

共享晴羽伞

共享晴雨伞由沈阳西云网络科技有限公司运营。用户只需要扫描微信公共号码的二维码即可使用雨伞，既防雨又防晒。在清宇伞业务团队的股东中，有一个共享的自行车运营管理人员加入，在某些地区，用户可以使用芝麻免税押金借伞，芝麻信用不足以支付29元存款。 24小时内第一次免费，然后每24小时使用1.8元。

从其官方信息来看，清宇伞队于2016年底成立。经过半年多的技术研究，成功解决了智能“共享'清宇'伞”的技术难题。与此同时，该团队将控制智能伞桩的成本用雨伞在600元左右沈阳小程序
