Daily work usually starts on Monday, only requires three days a week to work, the rest of the time flexible work, to complete the weekly task objectives. Most of the tasks can be completed in three days of work. When the post-mission plan is heavier, it can be basically filled for one week. Weekly a summary of the task delivery last week, and arrange this week's plan. The meeting time is 10: 30 in the morning or 1: 30 in the afternoon. The duration is less than 1.5 hours. The summary begins with the product demo. In combination with the last week's plan, the missing part is identified, and the adjustments are confirmed and arranged. The results of the target completion last week are evaluated: completed/Unfinished; Weekly plan to start from the prepared Backlog or product prototype map Demo, determine the scope of the task according to the delivery target, and then go through the requirements once, then perform task disassembly and task assignment, and estimate the development time with story points. We will use the following tools:

Apple TV: meeting artifact, Mac, iPhone, iPad one-click screen, can also be used with AirPlay with Paper by FiftyThree/Mindnode, Bamboo Spark as a whiteboard;

任务协同

在每周会议中，为规划任务明确定义目标和要求。在实际开发过程中，添加任务描述和相关附件，作为R＆D参考和需求恢复;遇到具体问题时，直接在相关的Trello卡中添加回复，通过Slack进行广泛的讨论;项目代码通过GitHub托管，设计草案通过Zeplin共享，协作，Trello，GitHub，Zeplin以及相关产品服务通知通过相关的Slack渠道集成。

GitHub：github-flow的代码管理，每次正式发布标记标记版本;

Zeplin：分享和讨论草图设计，完整元素注释，剪切地图和相关资源共享;

Slack：任务的进度是实时的。

项目交付
