小程序侵权“生死局”

产品越小，越不能承受侵权威胁，越容易被迅速复制。至少在小程序，情况大致如此。

在湖南的一家小茶馆沈阳,小程序的企业家王磊谈到了追风一年多的经历，实在是太受伤了。

“原来的队伍中有三五个人，他们也做了一些小程序。没有人成功。每个人都在一年之前分手了。”王磊宣称他参加过的几个小程序s上网后都是沉默的。其中一首诗，很快就看到了高仿小程序。

但最终，原告对被告腾讯的指控被驳回。

法院认为小程序平台不存储开发人员特定的服务内容，而不存储信息存储服务空间。
